CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any cancellation fee. • Cancellations made past the 72 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. • No-shows/same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. • A ll deposits are non-refundable. However, deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date if the rescheduling request is made at least 72 hours in advance.
